Transformational Coaching

Transformational Coaching (TC) is a unique combination of many modalities including NLP, hypnotherapy, meditation, and guided visualization. I help my clients identify what they want. Then we isolate what has been preventing them from having the desired outcome. Once we find the cause, we use one of several techniques to heal the problem at its causal root.

Often times we have behaviors or dynamics in our lives that we wish we could change. Things like work situations, health issues, or relationship patterns that are not working. Do you notice yourself trying the same techniques over and over to create change? Those attempts to create change usually involve shaming ourselves/others and negative self-talk. These strategies create stress and emotional pain that then drives us back to those old behaviors and coping tactics we were trying to get away from in the first place. Has this become a frustrating cycle that seems never ending?

TC proposes a different way to transform ourselves. By finding the source of the undesirable dynamic, TC allows us to heal that source resulting in effortless change.
